I am a network administration veteran with over 20 years of experience in IT focusing on Microsoft and Cisco solutions. In the last 10 years I have been accountable for all aspects of IT, from assessing existing infrastructure, to researching new solutions, making recommendations for improvements, planning and implementing new projects, as well as providing both training and ongoing support to end users and in house technicians.
