DeepNet joined B Lab’s Impact Improvement Program to drive equity and inclusion. We introduced retirement matching, financial literacy support, and equitable profit-sharing initiatives. Guided by our HR Lead, we’re building a fair, supportive workplace. At DeepNet, we turn values into action, creating lasting impact for our team, clients, and community.

Founded in 1988 during the AIDS epidemic, Food for Thought in Santa Rosa began to combat hunger among HIV-positive residents in Sonoma County. Excluded from traditional food banks, those with AIDS initiated it. Early support came from events like a NAMES quilt display with food donations. Today, it provides nutritious, medically tailored meals and supports people with serious illnesses.
